Bespoke Apparel & Identity: Conceptualized and directed the rapid-turnaround production of custom-branded "Global Retail Adventure" gear (jackets, headwear, and apparel), managing a meticulous personalization process for every global attendee to ensure a premium, "built-for-me" experience.
Multi-Modal Activity Programming: Architected a "Choose Your Own Adventure" itinerary, synchronizing individual breakout sessions—including Segway tours and 17-mile cycling—with large-scale, high-cohesion group activations like open-water kayaking.
Remote Site Operations: Mastered the logistical complexity of a protected island site, managing full-scale catering and complex dietary requirements for a global delegation in a location with zero permanent infrastructure.
Seamless Transit & Communications: Engineered a "zero-friction" transit plan involving private ferry charters, precision-timed itineraries, and a comprehensive multi-channel communication strategy to keep a mobile global team informed and on-schedule.
Digital Narrative Recap: Oversaw the post-event curation of cinematic footage and photography, transforming the "Adventure" into a permanent internal brand asset to drive long-term team engagement.
