Additionally, organized 6 simultaneous mini-conference department tracks: Legal, Human Resources, Boutiques, Creative Services, Travel Retail, Public Relations

  • Attendees: 200 guests from over 40 countries

  • Strategic Budget Oversight: Orchestrated master budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining a premium attendee experience.

  • End-to-End Production: Managed technical A/V execution, speaker presentations, and stage flow for seamless delivery.

  • Strategic Vendor Partnerships: Built and leveraged a network of high-quality vendors to ensure reliability and cost-efficiency.

  • Brand Identity & Collateral: Directed the creation of custom printed materials, creative designs, and themed wardrobe to ensure 360° brand immersion.

  • Hospitality & Logistics: Managed complex contract negotiations and execution for hotel blocks, meeting spaces, and full-scale catering.

  • Customized Recognition Programs: Designed and curated bespoke awards and high-end "swag" that reinforced attendee appreciation.

  • Exclusive Cultural Takeovers: Orchestrated a private, sequestered performance of Beach Blanket Babylon, managing the technical logistics and hospitality for San Francisco’s most iconic and longest-running musical revue.

  • Legacy Dining & Heritage Events: Produced an intimate private dinner at Original Joe’s North Beach, blending mid-century San Francisco glamour with modern corporate hospitality in their storied private suites.

  • Immersive Feminist Art Installations: Integrated “That Lady Thing” onsite—a series of provocative, Instagram-ready interactive installations (like the Sea of Objectification and Corporate Climb) designed to spark dialogue around gender equality and female empowerment.

  • Luxury Sector Professional Development: Facilitated a specialized LVMH Private Workshop, coordinating high-level training and curriculum delivery focused on the pillars of luxury, craftsmanship, and brand excellence.

  • High-Energy Finale Production: Executed a full-scale Silent Disco for the event finale, managing multi-channel audio logistics to provide a high-impact, immersive party experience that respected local noise ordinances.
