Oh my god. He is literally so hilarious!

Andy brings a natural ability to be confident in his choices. In the truest spirit of improv comedy, Andy is not only an engaging speaker, but can just as easily lend support to his team and myself (as a teacher). He consistently showed signs of active listening and true hearing of what every single person had to say. There was a focus and eagerness in his learning that made it a joy to watch him and in turn, made us all want to see him succeed.

Improv comedy is based in some of the same principles we admire in fascinating leaders, disciplined students, kind mentors, good friends, and trusted counselors. It asks us to listen, be present, support the ideas of others, and not be afraid to try something new and creative.

Andy champions multicultural experiences and social justice, working with nonprofit partners and corporate clients worldwide, shining a proactive and welcoming attitude. He navigated cultural, social and communication challenges with respect, compassion and a good sense of humor. Andy is empathetic and self-aware, open to constructive feedback and differing opinions, showcasing constructive qualities of prevention, intervention, and remediation.

Andy brings a burst of energy that anyone would be lucky to have. Andy is extremely creative, with outstanding organizational skills and project management. He's a true team player that knows how to take charge of a project with a sense of unity… He always gives it 100%. He has a positive attitude and amazing work ethic, which all shines in his high-quality work. Any company would be lucky to have Andy on their team!

Andy is very personable and talented at fostering meaningful relationships, embodying confidence without attitude and keen self-awareness, leading with his collaborative spirit of empathy and inclusion. At Kinetic.PR, he demonstrated this quality performing well under pressure to deliver time-sensitive projects for a multitude of demanding clients. When projects run off-course, it is not uncommon to see people project their stress or hide from responsibilities. Andy speaks thoughtfully and candidly with everyone, approaching every situation with honesty and humility, maintaining transparent communication to set proper expectations with confidence and integrity.

I loved working with Andy! He is such a positive force. Aside from being an extremely strong communicator and project manager, he adds a much needed spark of joy to the work day. He kept everyone on task and on time to successfully execute our projects. Andy treats all of his coworkers with kindness and respect while still being persistent to get his job done. He would be an asset to any team he is on because he is a dedicated and someone you will love to work with!

Andy is extremely intelligent and has the all-important but oft-ignored quality of strong common sense. Aside from being a quality worker, Andy is also highly capable with regard to handling a high quantity of work. The workload at the law office was heavy, involving a large number of clients with serious legal problems, and Andy was able to communicate swiftly and professionally with both the clients and opposing counsel to get work done in a highly efficient manner. Simply put, Andy demonstrated outstanding initiative and proved himself highly capable of independently managing his client base, and overall, he was a very impressive employee.

Andy is a hard worker and great at getting things done, but he is also flexible and has an amazing ability to do things quickly. During his time at MerchantCircle, Andy was really a jack of all trades in addition to being our content editor. His ability to learn fast, think out of the box, and roll-up his sleeves, made Andy a great asset to MerchantCircle and all the projects he was involved him.
