2018 Teambuilding Offsite
In Summer 2018, I planned and executed the Benefit Cosmetics Global Retail department’s annual offsite day for 30 people from 8 different cross-functional Global Retail teams. The one-day event ran September 6, 2018 on Angel Island (San Francisco, CA).
Key Responsibilities
SWAG: I developed the design and worked with an external vendor to quickly produce custom swag (shirts, jackets, hats). Additionally, I collected names/sizes for personalized touches.
DAYTIME ACTIVITIES: I organized multiple activity offerings (segway tours, bicycling, etc) for individuals, as well as our larger group teambuilding (kayaking).
MAIN LOGISTICS: Meals and dietary restrictions on large picnic site. Transportation (ferry tickets, timeline, reminders). Communication (information, directives, reminders). Recap of compiled footage and photographs
