Yes, that Playboy!
In 2007, I joined Playboy as a Campus Representative for the UC Berkeley community. From there, I bunny-hopped my efforts to other Northern California campuses in need (including our rival school, Stanford University). I amplified brand awareness across multiple college campuses through promotional campaigns, local events, social media, and PlayboyU.com. Leveling up:
In 2009, I was promoted to Social Media Strategist.
In 2010, I was promoted to Brand Strategist.
Rock the Rabbit
In 2009, as Social Media Strategist, I leveraged my fraternity (Theta Delta Chi) annual philanthropy event to promote Playboy’s Rock the Rabbit campaign. Basically, every year Playboy teams up with famous artists/musicians to create rockin’ (see what I did there?) Playboy-inspired designs. These are then sold for charity. So, I put two bunny ears together, et voila… I had college kids creating their own Playboy-inspired designs and engaging with the brand and its campaign. All for a good cause.
Girls of the PAC-10 Auditions
In 2010, as Brand Strategist, I played a central role in Northern California auditions for Playboy’s annual Girls of the PAC-10 feature. I served as campus eyes and bunny ears (PUN) for Playboy scouts seeking advise on collegiate life, talent and local sights… and of course, finding candidates to feature.
