Complex Distribution Logistics: Managed the cross-country shipment and localized distribution strategy for hundreds of physical assets, ensuring seamless delivery to Bunche Preparatory Academy and surrounding schools.
Media Relations & Press Strategy: Authored the official press release and spearheaded a targeted media campaign that secured on-site coverage from major television networks, radio, and print journalists.
Stakeholder Reporting & Analytics: Conducted a comprehensive post-mortem analysis, compiling television segments, press clippings, and photography into a high-level impact report for corporate sponsors and internal stakeholders.
