  • Overview: Within one month of joining the company, I spearheaded the full-scope planning and execution of a multi-day global summit, transforming corporate objectives into immersive brand experiences.

  • Strategic Budget Oversight: Orchestrated master budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining a premium attendee experience.

  • End-to-End Production: Managed technical A/V execution, speaker presentations, and stage flow for seamless delivery.

  • Strategic Vendor Partnerships: Built and leveraged a network of high-quality vendors to ensure reliability and cost-efficiency.

  • Brand Identity & Collateral: Directed the creation of custom printed materials, creative designs, and themed wardrobe to ensure 360° brand immersion.

  • Hospitality & Logistics: Managed complex contract negotiations and execution for hotel blocks, meeting spaces, and full-scale catering.

  • Customized Recognition Programs: Designed and curated bespoke awards and high-end "swag" that reinforced attendee appreciation.


New & Noteworthy

  • Michelin-Level Culinary Production: Facilitated a private, poultry-forward yakitori dining experience at Two Birds One Stone, managing high-touch service and logistics within the historic Freemark Abbey stone building.

  • Interactive Enology Workshops: Partnered with A Sense of Wine to deliver custom-branded wine-blending competitions, where executive teams acted as vintners to create, brand, and pitch their own unique varietals.

  • Estate Exploration & Heritage Tours: Negotiated private, mountain-side tours at Newton Vineyard, guiding guests through their famed English gardens and deep-mountain wine caves for a "behind-the-bottle" look at unfiltered winemaking.

  • Expansive Outdoor Programming: Directed large-scale, multi-track group activities across the 22-acre Solage Resort, utilizing the Solstice Lawn and terraces for a seamless blend of wellness, recreation, and luxury hospitality.
